See how the Dad cups came out! 🎈

The Father's Day cups came out of the kiln, I'm so excited! You know, given all the factors and circumstances that set them up to fail, I think they came out pretty damn good! They prevailed!

They are now up in the webshop!

There were 20 cups when we began,
one broke when we pressed hard with our hand.

So into the kiln 19 went,
A Hail Mary up above was sent.

Two handles cracked,
two came out a little off track:
one was over-fired, like its face is hiding,
and the other looks as if baby bear is crying.

So after the journey, the counting is fixed:
15 little cups made it to the end of the mix!

I hope you enjoy them and they become a cherished mug in your household. I especially love the shape and size of the mug and how the glaze feels. I think you'll like it too!
