coffee pop-up details + preorder update

I've been having really memorable dreams lately. Anyone else?

Lots going on these days in the studio! Finishing the preorders, working on the shop restock, and making cups for the coffee event in LA on Sat May 9th. Here's more details:

Preorders

The preorders came out of the kiln yesterday, they look great! I sanded and washed half of them last night and will be packing them up later this week. If you preordered you can expect your cups May 4th-8th. There are just a couple we need to remake/refire, so maybe about 5 people will get theirs the following week (if you don't need yours by mother's day please text me (833) 494-0696 with your name 🙏🏾. That would be greatly appreciated!)

Coffee pop-up May 9th~ details

Okay! I teased this event a couple weeks ago, now here's the details.
I'm so excited to collaborate with Will Shadley from threebookscoffee for a pop-up coffee experience. Will does this thing where he presents three objects (in the past it's been books, thus the name), and invites guests to choose the book they feel the most connected to. These three books (or objects) act as the menu, with each of them having a corresponding, exceptionally brewed coffee. So we are doing this event on May 9th, but instead of books it will be CUPS– special, new uno+ichi characters made for this event.

So imagine, you come in and three distinct uno+ichi cups are on the table. You choose the one you feel most connected to and place your order (aka cup choice). Then comes a tray of coffee beverages inspired by that cup character. One of the beverages will be served in the cup itself.

Will makes exceptional drinks and I'm so excited! I'm a beverage-girl and I just know how good these drinks are gonna be. I also think its really cool that you choose based on the cup character rather than the beverage itself. It switches up what we typically think a menu is.

Shop Update

We made a bunch of Mr. M for this shop update! They look so cool all lined up together. I have a few plates I'm trying to finish and then everything will be ready. I also have a lot more seconds that will be available through the club's Misfit shop.
